Testing services
If you are not satisfied with a testing session, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right, whether that means a retest or a refund. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice are fully refundable.
Events
Event registrations, such as masterclasses, are refundable up to 48 hours before the event start time, or transferable to a future session at any time.
